BRUM: from concept to 150k downloads
As CTO of BRUM Patenti since 2025, I took the product from concept to first MVP in store in two months, then iterated continuously listening to real users. Today the web and mobile platform (quizzes, theory, document upload, payments, referral, integration with the Italian public driving portal) counts 150,000 downloads, a 4.5★ rating, and 50,000 active users a month.
Tana della Tartaruga: custom CRM
Fractional CTO since 2024. Design and build of a custom CRM integrated with a Telegram bot and an automated email marketing pipeline: data that used to live in Excel is now structured, with automatic customer segmentation.
